PRIVACY POLICY

Effective Date: June 19, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Water Pistol, Co., a Delaware corporation ("Water Pistol", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and processes your personal data when you use the ΛNIK (Anik) mobile or web application, conversational interfaces, tool-calling frameworks, sport data integrations, and associated websites (collectively, the "Services").

ΛNIK is an artificial intelligence-driven predictive sports companion. It is important to emphasize that while ΛNIK offers tool-calling access to Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) sports analytics and may provide affiliate links to third-party sports wagers and entertainment channels, Water Pistol, Co. does not offer, host, or execute gambling, betting, or matchmaking bookmaker operations. Furthermore, Water Pistol, Co. and ΛNIK are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), TKO Group Holdings, Endeavor Group Holdings, or any of their respective subsidiaries. All trademarks and fighter names referenced are property of their respective owners and are used for informational and analytical purposes only.

Please read this Privacy Policy in conjunction with our Terms of Service. By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge the data collection and processing architectures described herein.

1. Collection of Personal Data

We collect and generate various types of personal data depending on your interaction context with our agentic engine:

A. Personal Data You Provide Directly

  • Identity and Connection Metadata: When creating an account, we collect information such as your name, email address, password hashes, and relevant communication identifiers.
  • Conversational Inputs and Agentic Logs: We collect the text prompts, sports data queries, uploaded parameters, and other structural content you submit to the application (collectively, "Inputs"). If you submit personally identifying information inside your conversational prompts, that information will be processed by our infrastructure.
  • Feedback Data: If you utilize our evaluation elements (e.g., performance thumbs-up/thumbs-down signals), we store the full programmatic context of the specific interaction loop to improve application delivery.

B. Personal Data Received Automatically From Tool-Calling and System Exploitation

  • Device and Telemetry Logs: Consistent with standard operating system rules, we capture details regarding hardware type, operating system version, client application versions, localized network time zones, and internet protocol (IP) addresses.
  • Tool-Calling and API Transaction Logs: When ΛNIK executes agentic functions (such as querying structural live MMA sport statistics databases or building comparative predictive frameworks), we record technical query details, latency metrics, and API payloads to ensure execution reliability.
  • Cookies and Persistent State Identifiers: We use local browser storage and standard session cookies to maintain persistent session conversational logic across intermittent disconnections.

2. Uses of Personal Data

We process your personal data for the following explicit engineering and commercial operations:

  • Operational Execution: Processing input variables to pass parameters to analytical engines, executing sports tool calls, and organizing target predictive outputs.
  • Model Optimization and Research: Utilizing aggregated historical user conversation loops to fine-tune, adjust, and optimize downstream inference workflows, agent routing layouts, and predictive classification systems (unless explicitly deactivated inside individual configuration blocks).
  • Affiliate Attribution and Verification: Managing tracking identifiers linked to third-party integrations (such as external sports wagering platforms or media streaming networks like Paramount Plus) to validate referral traffic and verify structural outbound commission events.
  • Trust, Safety, and Defensive Security: Monitoring systemic interactions to block reverse-engineering script runs, scraping automated pipelines, or structural API usage exploits that violate legal parameters.

3. Data Recipients and Third-Party Contexts

We share information with specific classes of third parties under defined system patterns:

  • Affiliate Partners and Media Distribution Networks: When you follow structured external links from inside the ΛNIK platform to third-party operators (e.g., betting channels or streaming options), tracking parameters necessary to establish attribution are shared with the receiving provider. We do not manage or control the underlying data retention environments of these partners.
  • Infrastructure and Backend Hosting Vendors: Managed database networks, standard cloud infrastructure operations, container deployment architectures, and text completion engine providers.
  • Regulatory and Statutory Disclosures: We will provide mandatory accounting outputs or data records to law enforcement agencies if required by valid judicial order, Delaware corporate regulation, or governing statutory declarations.

4. Rights and System Choices

Depending on your geographic location (including states with specific comprehensive privacy regulations), you may hold the right to review, update, port, or erase transactional personal records held within our active instances. You may request complete account deletion or purge individual conversation states directly via the user interface. Upon formal processing, the relevant record blocks are permanently detached from active user indices and removed from redundant cold backup arrays within thirty (30) business days.

5. Data Retention and Engineering Controls

We preserve personal data for as long as necessary to facilitate the operational workflows outlined in Section 2. When text inputs or system performance evaluations are converted into training inputs for model adjustments or classification training, structural user tracking details (such as account indices and explicit user hashes) are completely unlinked to maintain a permanent de-identified state.

6. Age Eligibility and Child Restrictions

Due to the specific content profile of our application (MMA sports data analysis connected to affiliate sports betting networks), our Services are strictly restricted to individuals who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of sports wagering majority inside their home jurisdiction, whichever is higher). We do not intentionally harvest or process information from minors. If unexpected account generation patterns indicate access by an underage individual, the corresponding access profile will be permanently deactivated.

7. Substantive Policy Adjustments

Water Pistol, Co. reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy to match structural changes in our tool-calling architecture, corporate restructuring events, or broader global regulatory additions. Any structural adjustments will be communicated to active accounts via system notices or direct transactional email distribution.

8. Legal Processing Architecture Matrix

The processing architecture of Water Pistol, Co. relies on the following standard engineering and legal parameters:

Core PurposeData Categories ProcessedEngineering Justification / Legal Basis
Executing Core Account RoutinesIdentity, basic contact metrics, login metadata.Necessary for contractual performance and software initialization.
