Welcome to ΛNIK (Anik). Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing our platform.

These Terms govern your use of the ΛNIK AI application, conversational interface, sports analytics tool-calling, software, data feeds, and websites (together, our "Services"). These Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Water Pistol, Co., a Delaware corporation ("Water Pistol," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. The Nature of Our Services (Important Disclaimers)

ΛNIK is an artificial intelligence-driven sports companion providing predictive data analytics, statistical modeling, and information aggregation for Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) and other sports events.

CRITICAL DISCLAIMER: FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY

  • No Gambling Services: Water Pistol, Co. and ΛNIK do not operate a sportsbook, do not accept or place wagers, and do not handle financial transactions related to gambling. We are not a gambling service provider or a sports betting broker.
  • No Financial or Betting Advice: All outputs, predictions, statistical models, and analyses generated by ΛNIK are for entertainment, educational, and informational purposes only. No output should be construed as financial, legal, investment, or professional betting advice.
  • Assumption of Risk: Betting on sports carries inherent financial risks. You acknowledge and agree that any reliance on ΛNIK's outputs or predictions is done solely at your own risk. Water Pistol, Co. is not liable for any financial losses, damages, or emotional distress incurred as a result of your betting or sports wagering activities.

2. Third-Party Services, Affiliates, and External Links

Our Services may feature integrations, tool-calling capabilities, ads, or links to third-party platforms, including third-party sports betting providers, sportsbooks, and streaming networks (such as Paramount Plus).

  • Affiliate Disclosure: Water Pistol, Co. may receive referral commissions, affiliate revenue, or advertising fees from these third-party platforms when you click links, open external accounts, or purchase third-party subscriptions.
  • No Endorsement or Control: We do not operate, control, audit, or accept responsibility for third-party content, platform accuracy, betting payouts, or legal compliance. Your interactions with any third-party provider are strictly subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.

2a. No Affiliation with the UFC or Related Entities

Water Pistol, Co. and ΛNIK are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC), TKO Group Holdings, Endeavor Group Holdings, or any of their respective subsidiaries, parent companies, or affiliated entities. The UFC is an American mixed martial arts promotion company based in Las Vegas, Nevada, owned and operated by TKO Group Holdings, itself a majority-owned subsidiary of Endeavor Group Holdings.

All UFC fighter names, event names, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property referenced within ΛNIK are the property of their respective owners. Such references are made solely for informational, analytical, and commentary purposes under principles of fair use. Nothing in ΛNIK's outputs, predictions, or visualizations should be construed as an official statement, position, or endorsement by the UFC or any related entity.

3. Account Creation, Eligibility, and Restrictions

  • Minimum Age: You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority/gambling eligibility in your specific jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to create an account or use our Services.
  • Account Security: You are completely responsible for all activities that occur under your credentials. You may not share your account or access tokens with anyone else.
  • Geographic Restrictions: You agree not to access or use our Services from any jurisdiction where sports analytics software, affiliate betting links, or AI tools violate local municipal, state, or federal laws.

4. Inputs, Outputs, and AI Limitations

  • Your Inputs: You retain ownership of any text, prompts, or data you feed into ΛNIK ("Inputs"). You grant us the right to process these Inputs to run the service.
  • AI Outputs: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Water Pistol, Co. assigns to you all right, title, and interest in the text or structured responses generated by the companion ("Outputs").
  • Hallucinations and Data Delays: Sports analytics rely on dynamic API endpoints. Large language models and predictive algorithms are still frontier technologies. You explicitly acknowledge that Outputs may be delayed, contain historical inaccuracies, or completely hallucinate incorrect statistics. Always independently verify fight data, betting odds, and match structures.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances, use our Services to:

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or discover the underlying weights, source code, or internal algorithms of ΛNIK's models.
  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or non-human tools to crawl or extract sports analytics data from our interface without express permission.
  • Bypass rate-limits or abuse tool-calling endpoints to manipulate underlying APIs or sports data providers.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnity

YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES AND ALL OUTPUTS IS SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, Water Pistol, Co. EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ACCURACY.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL Water Pistol, Co., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES—INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY LOSS OF CAPITAL, FINANCIAL BETTING LOSSES, OR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ERRORS IN FIGHT ANALYTICS OR OUTCOME PREDICTIONS—ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the amount you paid us in the past six months.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Water Pistol, Co. and its affiliates from any third-party claims, liabilities, losses, or legal expenses arising from your misuse of the tool, violation of these Terms, or any betting activities you choose to pursue.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your relationship with Water Pistol, Co. will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any legal action, suit, or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms must be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware (or, optionally, New York, New York, depending on where your principal place of business operations is registered).

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time to reflect software updates, regulatory compliance requirements, or changes in business layout. Continued use of ΛNIK following a posted change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
